All sales are final including gift cards, singles, and sealed product. No returns or exchanges will be available for both Single cards and sealed product. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
If you have purchased in-store and have not yet left the premises, you may be considered for a refund/exchange. This is due to the nature of the products we sell (re-sealing, fakes, accidental swapping).
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please call 604-409-8454. Please remember to take pictures and/or video of your items and package.
Pre order Cancellation Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product will incur a 10% Processing Fee for the cancelled items. 10% will be withheld from the refund amount for pre-order items you wish to cancel. This is non-negotiable.
